Let Me Hold You Elixir

US$33.00

As I feel into the Collective, there is a deep grief present. We, as humanity, alongside Earth, are in a stage of profound transformation. We are in the birth canal and it feels dark and tense. On the horizon, there is a light. We can sense it. We can feel it. Out of our heart space, we can feel this light calling us forward. We know all is Love, yet we look around us and see mass destruction and collective pain. How do we navigate this space? We remember we aren’t alone. We look to see ourselves in Nature and remember that before a flower blooms there is a phase of intensity. We remember that we don’t need to hold it all and that there is Love all around us that wants to hold us. Let Love hold you. Let Love guide you.

Energetically and physically our lungs hold our grief. This can physically manifest as a respiratory symptoms such as chest heaviness, cough, wheezing, fever.

Let Me Hold You was created to be supportive through times of grief as well as respiratory illness which is often associated with grief (whether conscious of this emotion or not).

INGREDIENTS: New England Aster, Edlerflower, Lemon Balm, Motherwort, Rose Quartz Gem Elixir, Organic Alcohol, Spring Water, Organic Raw Honey

New England Aster: New England Aster is a native plant kin here in Minnesota and I love her. She blooms in late Summer, early Fall, just in time to support us during the transition phase between seasons. She is an ally during all phases of transition, and the grief that can often accompany this phase as we let go of what no longer is. New England Aster has an affinity for the lungs and is excellent to support the lungs through an acute respiratory illness. This medicine is calming and soothing to the nervous system and tends to anxiety felt in the chest.

Elderflower: A fever is our friend. It is an innate intelligent mechanism of our body to heal. It is our vital force expressing. Elder aids in the expression of a fever by bringing the heat to the surface to be expressed, moving it through more quickly and easefully. Celtic lore regards Elder as the tree of regeneration, representing “death in life and life in death”. Working with Elderflower can support you on your journey of attuning to the cyclical mystery of death and rebirth.

Lemon Balm: Lemon Balm can gently lift the weight of sorrow, infusing the heart with a sense of hope, creating space for joy to coexist with grief. When my kiddos have a fever or a tummy ache, I will give them a dropper of Lemon Balm (mixed with Chamomile. It is such a gentle, loving yet effective medicine.

Motherwort: I included Motherwort in this formula primarily for her heart holding effects. Motherwort is my go to ally for the heart, whether it needs energetic or physical support. Grief may be held in our lungs, but our heart leads us through the dark waters. Motherwort has historically been used during times of flu and colds where there is deep exhaustion, especially in the recovery period.

Rose Quartz Gem Elixir: Rose Quartz is the stone of unconditional Love. In ancient myths, rose quartz was said to have been formed when the Goddess Aphrodite brushed against thorns while running to save her lover, Adonis. It has always symbolized the power of Love, renewal and vitality. Rose Quartz carries Divine Feminine energy and can connect us with our soul’s true purpose. It works to cleanse the aura of any toxic, negative energy or attachments.

Rose Quartz works on the level of the Anahate, our heart chakra. Anahata, in Sanskrit, roughly translates as “unhurt, unstruck, unbeaten”. Rose Quartz can release and alchemize old pain stuck in our heart, allowing us to live from the belief of Divine possibilities moment to moment, rather than from the lens of distortion from past pain. Rose Quartz reminds us that we are surrounded by and filled with an unending, universal Divine Love.

Ritual: Place a hand on your body. Take 3 slow, deep, easeful breaths. State out loud your desired intention.

Dose: Take 1-2 droppers as needed for symptom support or intuitively as desired.
